Biography

Graduated in English Literature and Spanish from the University of Wales (Swansea) (1978), Master from PUC-SP in Applied Linguistics (1986) and PhD from the University of São Paulo in English Literature (1990). Currently, he is a professor in the fields of English Literature and Translation Studies at USP. Works in the following fields: translation, literary translation, translation in Brazil and Shakespeare.
